INGREDIENTS
- 2cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled
- 1/2cup (1 stick) cold unsalted butter, cut into small pieces
- 1tablespoon baking powder
- 1teaspoon kosher salt
- 1cup whole milk
DIRECTIONS
